Your sleeping rythm is fucked. In order to improve it, dont sleep for a night. Then youll be tired as fuck the next day, but push through with it. Once this is completed go to sleep that evening relativly late, like 1am or something. Try to get up early. Youll be heading for bad at 10pm the next day and your sleeping cycle will be fixed.
Also try to take vitamin supplements (I take Bayer Supradin for example) and maybe Workout a bit to increase Test a bit.

I dont bother setting alarms anymore, due to the ptsd i only like 4 hours anyways and i try to stay up awake as long as possible to put off waking up jolting out of sleep crying.

The reverse happened to me. I used to wake up maximum at 09:50. But as the winter and coldset in and the depressive episodes I started falling asleep later and not being able to physically pull myself out of bed.

For the most part, this. Your circadian rhythm is off track, aka the thing in your brain that regulates your sleep schedule.

What you need to do is consistently sleep during the period you want to be tired. This can be done by either slowly shifting the time you are sleeping now, towards the time you wish to be sleeping by managable increments.

The second way is by not sleeping for 1 cycle of sleep, and then immediately falling into your desired sleep schedule.

Changing human behaviour is incredibly hard though, esspecially when your doing it by yourself. Good luck op
