Dude it totally depends on your age and the industry you're working in. If they're looking for young outgoing sales/marketing guys then yea, but might be strange that you don't have one. On the other hand it the company is hiring computer nerds then it's not weird at all. I work in IT and there are lots of nerdy guys who don't have Facebook accounts or smartphones.
