Hey r9k, I want to hear your guys opinions on this. What boards do you think is best and worse in its respective topic? For example, I think /fit/ is pretty helpful at fitness advice and gym ethics, especially their qtddtot threads, while I think /mu/ has terrible taste in music and /fa/ has cringe worthy taste in clothes

n is my favorite board. v is a good place to gauge what videogames are popular, but vg is a way better place to discuss videogames.
I don't think any board is good at its """respective topic""". Every board has an obsession with doing things the 4chan way and anyway that isn't that way is wrong. If you go to /v/ you're going to get 4chan video games, if you got to /fit/ you're going to learn how to exercise the 4chan way, etc.
For me it's /ck/ for its easy to understand memes, the best memes.

/pol/ is obviously the worst example of this. meme-spouting newfag cancer who know nothing about politics
>>34511485
you're right, "board culture" goes to far sometimes. I don't think /fit/ is too bad at this though, they have their own shitty memes but they stay relatively objective as far as exercise advice though

what is the point of the sleeves on her dress?
/biz/ is absolute shit for stock and investing advice.
/pol/ is too edgy to be anything more than "kill all non-whites XD XD": the board.
/fa/ is only good if you want to dress like a homosexual.
/trv/ is pretty good in terms of sharing travel tips and experiences.
/adv/ is pretty much the grown up version of /r9k/, so I go there when I want a non-edgy, non-meme answer to something.

to cover her arms, dumbass

>if you got to /fit/ you're going to learn how to exercise the 4chan way, etc.
What exactly is exercising the "4chan way"? The sticky seems to have pretty solid advice from what I've seen anyways.
/sci/ is pretty shit, it's mostly college sophomores studying engineering. /fit/ is my favorite, some of the best memes. /pol/ has some interesting discussion if you're willing to wade through an ocean of shit to get to it, I've actually found more intelligent/educated people on /pol/ than /sci/.

/adv/ isn't bad I've actually never been there, it's like if /r9k/ took anti depressants.
/gif/ is legit as fuck

listen to what /fit/, /g/, /o/ /ic/ and /adv/ say.
do the opposite of what /mu/ and /fa/ say.
/tv/, /v/, and /pol/ are the worst boards on 4chan and should've been deleted years ago.
