I can't remember what I had, but the meds I had for depression fucked me up super bad. They made me completely apathetic and suicidal, fucked up my libido and ability to be attracted to other people.

To this day, my libido is still fucking weird and detached for the most part, and I was on meds years ago. From personal experience, I would never recommend this shit to anyone. When I quit, I actually lost weight, started socialising and forcing myself to do things. I'm still a mess, but I am less of a mess, and meds did nothing to help that.

I took Paxil for several months. It made it almost impossible to orgasm, to the point where I was pretty much hurting myself trying. It also made me even more horny. Oh, and the most painful acid reflux ever. I'd wake up at night screaming because it felt like my chest was on fire.

I'm on Prozac now. It's probably cut my libido in half, at least, which is nice because I'm a robot.

Broke my dick temporarily and my mind has never recovered. I can't think as clearly now as I could before.

I recommend you steer well clear.

Anyone here have any experience with serotonin syndrome, however minor? I'm on Effexor and I got careless with redosing DXM over the course of a few days a handful of months ago (never exceeding ~210mgs as that's my personal favorite area) and I experienced an apparently minor bout of serotonin syndrome. My head got really hot, my reflexes were insanely perfect, I kept hearing "schizo" echoing as an auditory hallucination over and over, and I instinctively felt like I was going to have a seizure, but it never happened.

Lasted about an hour; it was absolutely horrifying. You're not invincible guys, that's what I learned. Shit can and will happen to you if you are not careful.
