I'm 20-years-old and the last year have been the same day on repeat. I sleep in too late, browse some imageboards, eat food, go to the bathroom, maybe go for walk, masturbate, then fall asleep, only to do it all over again tomorrow.
Why? Why am I such a lazy NEET, why am I such a genetic defect. I have no special features that made like this, I just look average, have average intelligence, but am so goddamn lazy. Why, why am I so lazy?
I hate waking up in the morning. I have nothing to live for. I'm an absolute disgrace.

Because you haven't accepted how unrewarding life is: it's a lot of work for relatively little reward. Not like in the movies, where the protagonist is just gifted and excels without trying, at worst having to resort to a brief training montage. Certainly not like video games, which dole out consistent rewards for mere participation. No, life isn't like that, and you have to learn to find satisfaction in the unrewarding.
