Well, I dont know about the confidence. Ive been lifting to try and boost my test. Sometimes it helps (maybe). But I get really bad anxiety whenever I try to talk to a woman I am attracted to.

It seems like there are many sad lonely girls in the library. Ive been studying all weekend and they are there at night. You'd think girls with BFs wouldnt be in the library on a weekend night.

Again, charisma is hit and miss. Its that fucking anxiety. If Im talking to a girl im not interested in sexually, I have no problem being charming. But once I find a women attractive, I get an adrenaline dump that activates (i think) my flight or fight reflex. It sucks and I hate it (another reason why Im going to the gym).

Im slightly neurotic. So I'd like to know how you even initiate a conversation in this situation?
