bleeding from your gums is not necessarily a sign you're gonna lose your teeth dude.

it could mean a couple of things:
>your brush cut your gums somehow
>you have gingivitis
>you drank/ate something red before brushing

keep brushing your teeth like normal

gingivitis just means that if you keep on fucking up you will probably develop actual periodontal disease (which is when you start losing teeth)

i bleed sometimes when i brush and it's no big deal. i bleed every time the hygienist cleans my teeth and it's still no big deal.

bleeding isn't "good" but it's not a sign your body is falling apart any more than having a stomach ache means you have cancer

make sure you are brushing your teeth correctly, also. lots of people get this wrong.
