While you may find women who make channels outside of the typical female dominated genres on Youtube, they are usually in typically male dominated watched genres, and as such their gender becomes a part of it even if her content is produced with no focus on her gender, just because of the guys watching.

The closest you might find would be on some generic list channel or something that had no way to work out the gender of the channel owner, such as channels like the hydraulic press, hot nickel ball etc.
