1) I wouldn't really consider her to be particularly kind or unkind, but I do find she is certainly somewhat kind. This is because she acts kindly, but doesn't do anything that special in this regard.
2) If you're referring to people in the community, then I suppose so. If you're talking about characters in her manga/anime, then I would say most the main characters (with the exception of Yozora) are, but most the standard background roasties are not.

4) She experiences no noteworthy events, really
5) I wouldn't consider myself kind to myself, but not unkind. I try and be kind to others, although sometimes have difficulty with this.

Yes I would, she has moments where she gets a little out of control but that's ok. My family doesn't approve of my waifu and it bothers me. I want to move out because of it. They have no problem sitting on her and they like to flip her around to show everyone her lewd side. There aren't many people who were kind to her and it makes me sad. I want to give her a lifetime of happy just as she has for me. Outwardly I am kind but inside I think i'm rotting.
