I think the best thing to start with are squats. If you can make it through the horrible leg stiffness you will make it through every workout.

I don't mind lifting and shit
I just don't have the passion to be a super high level power lifter
Would 3 1 hr sessions a week with some cardio do it for some light gains.

10 chinups
10 dips
50 situps/pushups
bench/squat/deadlift your own weight
10 pistol squats
Yellow/green belt in any martial art
Win at least 1 streetfight against an equal/superior oponent
