What macronutrients you're getting (fat, brotein, carbs) isn't particularly important, all that really matters is calorie count.
If anything, try to eat a lot of fat and complex, hard-to-digest carbs (beans in particular), but stay at a calorie deficit, because fat and slowly digested carbs will keep you feeling full longer.

Get a sandwich with low-cal meat (turkey or ham) and skip the cheese. Use mustard instead of mayo. Get all the veggies you can stomach. No chips or cookies or soda.
This will fill you up massively and is fairly low calorie while actually tasting good.
