I think I have paranoid schizophrenia, the thing is I have all the symptoms except for auditory hallucinations. Could i still have it?

Most likely not, you have to have psychosis in order to have schizophrenia, but it could also be schizoaffective or bipolar disorder

this is not true. a schizophrenic can fall into their hallucinations and delusions slowly enough to question their experience. they can also be intellectually aware that their hallucinations are not real (it's hard not to notice that other people don't see what you see) but still experience them anyway and feel that they are real on some level. the level of insight into their dysfunction that a person has is related to the outcome of their treatment.

Maybe you should get it professionally diagnosed

doctor says I have a psychosis and wanted to refer me to somebody but then I stopped going.
I dont hallucinate or anything. no idea where he pulled it from.
sometimes I wonder if he's right but I cant think of a single thing wrong with me.
