Rest a lot too
Around month three is where the gains start coming. Around 6 is when u start lookin bigger.
If I try to get fit will my schedule.maje it impossible.
I can only do Mon, Tues, Wed, don't you need rest in between.
Work 10 and a half hours and drive almost 2 hours Thurs-Sun.
