Yes I have that. I don't think that's something anyone can fix, it's something you have to live with.
I try to make the best of it. I realized that I go through a cycle that never changes. They come in this order
>Euphoria
>Boredom
>Emptiness
>Anger
>Sadness
Then it repeats. I try to speed up the process and try to initiate my euphoria phase to a point that is convenient. People love me and want to hang out with me when they meet me in my euphoria phase. I feel unbeatable. But this comes at a high prize, seeing that all the other stages of this cycle are shit.

I'm an overly sensitive person, small things make me very happy or very sad. Makes me feel not in control of my own mind. But what you're describing is some next level shit. Go get that checked out.
