I set little resolutions for myself during the month, and out of 8 (I think) of them, I've got like, 4 of them finished, and I'm hoping to get another two down before the end of the month. They're small things like checking out a store in my town to see if there's any jobs there, or achieving something in a game, but that's kind of the point I guess - it's just little things to get you through the month.

Why do diagnosis matter so much to people? I know being told "you are wrong" doesn't sound nice, but if you have it you probably suspected that already, if you were able to get to wherever you are(even if it's a bad situation), it's not like anything will change. Personally it was a liberation when i got diagnosed, it gave me an explaination and it helped me accept it and its consequences.
