i take long hot showers as well. i usually spend around 50 mins in there, but some days itll take me 2 hours. if i really hurry i can do it in 30 mins, but not less.

well i simply wash my hair until it no longer feels greasy. the shampoo im using isnt doing any favors, so i have to wash, rinse, wash, rinse, wash, rinse.

its not like i have a heavily greasy diet either. im just over weight and sedentary.
