Then keep your mouth shut and just talk when talked to. Don't try to sound smarter than you are (or even smart at all), keep it to a basic level. "Yes", "no", "I will look it up", "it's X because Y."
Don't try to be funny or witty, you are not and you know it. Everyone knows you are a spaghetti-spilling sperg already, you won't turn the tides in one assignment.

Just make a note card and read off of it. It's way better than directly reading off of the slides anyway. Besides, people tend to do the latter more anyway. The majority of people hate presenting bs school stuff; you aren't the only one.
