Well your original question was kind of stupid.
Filters are really just personal, since I may not want to see something while you would want to see it.

well I was just looking for ideas because I need a place to start. of course I have some ideas for filters but there might be some ones that aren't so obvious that may enhance the /r9k/ experience a lot. there may be even ones that I would intuitively think would actually make it worse for me personally, but intuition can be wrong. maybe even some of my filters would have been brought up as ones not to have, if the thread had gone on longer. I guess I should have said post your filters and explain how they've made your experience better/worse. I was willing to keep an open mind and try anything that anyone made a case for.
