I'm autistic so I just stare them down and when they notice give them bedroom eyes.I usually don't talk to them unless they talk to me first after that but if they respond well and I'm haveing a manic episode I go talk to them and release the chad from within

I usually just ask "hey girls we got planted, why don't you sit with us?" almost screaming very enthusiastically

That only works on small groups, specially if there's at least a woman in your group already. Dont approach the hottest one, they are always thinking in saying no, ask the friends,they want attention,once they are all in the same table or group as you you can go for the hot one. But the key in the invitation is that you have to be energic, and not show sexual interest for them.
