Yesterday, I had a convo with female cab driver, we are both in uni. Nothing serious, just talked about school stuff. I felt so normal and not unhappy afterwards.
Made me realize you don't need to be a social butterfly, just get that required bit of social interaction in to make your brain happy. Just talking to other people and not stewing in your own head 24/7 is great. Say hi to people, make small talk, for your own benefit.
