You need to see the meds as a maintenance method I have the exact same problem, for anxiety there is always a deeper reason anxiety is really a subsurface problem created by dissonance in your subconscious

You really should talk to someone although you might be petrified of it at first.. exposure DOES NOT HELP and dont think that it will because if you don't understand why you automatically go to a fear response you wont be able to actually solve it

Anxiety comes from just not understanding yourself (it comes from an inability to self actualize) use the meds to just chill you out its not like you aren't dealing with your problems you are just turning everything down in your brain so you can properly function

The "adrenaline" comes in short bursts pretty much all the time. I can never fully relax, which is why I used to smoke weed to alleviate it.

I just don't know if I'm actually suffering from something, a lot of people tell me anxiety disorders are a meme, so I might just be an idiot who can't manage feelings that all people have. Being "perpetually afraid" sounds weird to me.
