>start with the basics, begin reading music theory and learning all the chords that I can
>practice a few hours a day for several months
>still can't even play the most basic 4-chord songs
>normie friend picks up the guitar
>surpasses me within a month

>try to become good at fighting games
>practice for hours on end, completely dedicated to it, watch countless videos
>grind tech skill by myself
>normie friend gets into it
>becomes better than me in half the time and never bothers grinding by himself

Anytime a new vidya or something comes out, I'm always the worst at it, and I spend triple the amount of time than these people do playing vidya. Suck at Dark Souls, suck at FPSs, I'm just destined to be a failure. I swear my brain just works at half the speed of most of people, and I have zero dexterity or physical ability to get good at things. I feel like Sakuma from Ping Pong... it doesn't matter how hard I try, I have absolutely no natural talents and will never be able to compete.
