It's probably more the little subconscious signals that you pick up rather than the eyes themselves. Like whether someone looks straight at you, seems nervous or not, twitchy eyelids, pupil dilation etc.

There's a limit to that, but you can definitely learn something about a person by looking them in the eyes, especially when talking to them or being threatening, which that nigger was probably trying to be
