Have you been to an anime con recently, anon? The word has long since gotten out that there's pussy to be had at these places, and as a result they've been infested with normies and Chads. Which attracts Stacies, which attracts more Chads, etc etc.

Before that happened, they were just sausage-fests. It's just like what happened to video games ten years or so ago.
