Go check out bodyweightgeneral on /fit/, they have a whole progression that starts at injury-rehabilitaion-level strength (zero) and goes to the extent you can achieve without weights. In fact I'd recommend that to anyone before hitting the gym, so much progress to be made without spending money

Start doing isometrics. It doesn't require any strength or physical capability other than being able to move, and it's gonna get you strong enough to do other exercises quickly.
