>eating a tin of sardines at work for health reasons
What the fuck? Is this a thing?
>>
>>34383477
What other reasons would there be for me eating this?

And I can't cook fish here at work.
>>
>>34383613
I just haven't heard of that before. What health reasons? Aren't sardines (and canned fish in general) loaded with preservatives and soaked in hydrogenated oils?

You could go full nip and eat raw salmon or tuna desu

Just googled "tin sardines nutritional info" and it looks like there's quite a load of protein and calcium in each serving.
But then there's also lots of saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium.
I guess not that bad but not something you want to eat every day.

>she fell for the all cholesterol is bad meme
I'll probably never eat another tin of sardines after this though.
>>
its just glands

eat up you normie and go back to work
>>
Wait, are you eating a tin of sardines? Like just sardines straight out of the tin with nothing?
>>
>>34384124
Glands? That thing is the size of a marble.
>>
>>34383278
I can't see anything if it's that close up and blurry.
Post better picture
>>
>>34384159
Not OP but I did that yesterday. It was the tomato sauce deenz though.
>>
>>34383836
They've got a crazy amount of omega 3 fatty acids, like two or three grams (not milligrams) per tin. Maybe OP is hoping the dines will help him become less of a sperg.

I bet his co-workers hate him, the empty tin in the trash makes the whole room smell like sardines.
>>
>>34384711
I don't even have coworkers...

>>34384159
That's how nature intended. It was gross though. The hot sauce tins are much better though.

>>34384312
I was shaking and scared. I couldn't take a better photo.
