Dear Sir / Madam,

your raw score on Numerus Basic IQ test is 12/20.

Your estimated numerical IQ is 133, which is 1/72 rarity.

Are you intelligent r9k?
>>
>>34382573
I recommend taking a professionaly administered one if you want to know your real IQ though, took the mensa test a week ago. Pretty challenging
>>
>>34382933
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Reeeeeeeeeeeeeee

GTFO OFF MY BOARD *Autistic screeching*
>>
>>34382933
Coolio, did you get results yet? I joined Mensa some time ago to get access to their dating service, but turns out it's just shitty Match.com.
>>
>>34382965
yeah 131 so i could get in but i'm not sure yet, do you recommend it?
>>
>>34382995
I only ever went to one meeting, was interesting enough (met a guy who had a job reverse-engineering malware for banks) but I wouldn't say it was worth the membership fee.

Mensa membership gets discounts on some car insurance though; if you drive you should check if you're save more than the Mensa membership costs.
>>
>>34383032
I don't, also I'm german and I think that doesn't apply here
>>
>>34382957
why? I thought half the people here have a 140
+ IQ
>>
>>34382573

Kek
Shit at IQ tests, always get an IQ around average
Meanwhile at college I consistently perform better than anyone in my class.

Can someone explain?
>>
>>34383291
you have low natural intelligence but can read a book and write some facts down which you will probably forget later because you're naturally an idiot
>>
got 130, have done a approved iqtest before, got 129
pretty accurate to me
>>
>>34383310

Got the best Maths, Science scores in primary and secondary school.

I'm just absolutely awful at noticing patterns.
>>
>>34382573
>tfw to intelligent for IQ tests

I usually find patterns that aren't supposed to be there and are hence probably wrong

Like on that test on question 7 (the one with the 1s and 0s) I converted from binary to decimal, noticed that each number is the sum of two numbers from the fibonacci series and then went with that pattern. Pretty sure that's not what it was supposed to be though
>>
>>34382573

That IQ test is retarded.

2) 1,2,3,4,5,?

Any normal person would put fucking 6 in there
But apparently the answer is fucking 7.
>>
>>34383510
it's 1,2,4,5
too brainlet to see why it's 7
>>
>>34383552

Nvm i get it now,
it's 1+1=2
2+2=4
4+1=5
5+2=7

>>
>>34383579
I thought it was

1+3=4
2+3=5
4+3=7

I got it right but I guess I did it wrong
>>
This test is absolutely retarded, loads of these sequences are way too ambiguous.

Also this comment at the start about how you should choose the "most logical" one is complete bullshit. Logical is an absolute term.
>>
>>34383579
It is not about finding a pattern? +1,+2,+1 isn't a pattern by itself, it's so much recognizing a pattern as it is creating one.
>>
>>34383681
That's why those tests are shit. Often the brainlets that create them don't even see anywhere all of the patterns you could see. It's basically a test of how much you think like the creator of that test
>>
>>34383711
sure, keep telling yourself that

>>
>>34382965
Is this real? Oh god the cringe
>>
Dear Sir / Madam,

your raw score on Numerus Basic IQ test is 13/20.

Your estimated numerical IQ is 136, which is 1/120 rarity.

didn't get to solve the 4 last ones but I don't know where I went wrong in the rest

Oh well it's good for a robot
>>
>>34383736
>>34383744
Unlike you I actually scored 140+ on an IQ test administered by a psychologist though.

That doesn't mean that I have to like how those tests work though.

Keep telling yourself that you're smart based on some third rate online test thought up by some brainlet

Dear Sir / Madam,

your raw score on Numerus Basic IQ test is 18/20.

Your estimated numerical IQ is 152, which is 1/4000 rarity.

it's funny cuz im dumm
>>
>>34384563
>>34384564
our posts are in direct succession let's be pals
>>
>>34384563
yeah i'm the guy who scored 131, I'm not saying those tests are the non-plus ultra of intelligence testing, especially because of time pressure and not measuring all aspects, but they aren't completely useless either.
In the end discipline and dedication will get you further than any IQ anyways
>>
>tfw to intelligent to understand #14
>>
>>34384884
it's based on the sequence of squares 2, 4, 16, 256, 65536
seems kind of out of place compared to the others
>>
>>34384634
Sure why not.

Let's make fun of the brainlets together
>>
>>34384773
Sure, in general they're fairly useful. Mostly around two standard deviations from the average, further out they become inaccurate.

This specific one is pretty bad though, some of the questions are bordering on trick question rather than genuinely testing your ability to recognise mathematical patterns.

Especially questions like >>34385004 are complete horseshit
>>
last 3 digits are your IQ
>>
Got 10/20 and a score of 128 which is relatively accurate to my professionally administered score of 127.

Still 10/20 seems pretty low for such a score, are there seriously people that only get like 4 out of the 20?
>>
>>34385533
it thinks IQs below 120 are too low to measure
>>
sick test, answered the first 6 and left the rest blank

apparently my IQ is 120 despite me not answering 2/3 of the questions
>>
#20 is so fucking retarded
>>
>>34382933
>I recommend taking a professionaly administered one if you want to know your real IQ though, took the mensa test a week ago. Pretty challenging

Memes. I took a COMBINATION of IQ tests commonly used in psychiatry and I got back the result that my IQ is 'aharmonic' and the shrink wouldn't give me a score.
>>
what is 16 supposed to be
>>
12/20 133 alright. 18, 19 i don't now

Used to be really good at it as far as I remember but haven't practiced it in a long time

sum to get top, multiply to get bottom: 11/30
>>
>>34385607
i did half of them, guessing on at least four, and got 128. dumb test
>>
>>34386267
I did #1,2,4,5,6,9 and 10, didn't know the rest

"Dear Sir / Madam,

your raw score on Numerus Basic IQ test is 7/20.

Your estimated numerical IQ is 122, which is 1/14 rarity."
>>
>>34386450
good job sir/madam u r certafide smart
>>
>>34385782
also got 133
18 is 113

135, 791, [113], 151
1 3 5 7 9 1[1 13] 15 1[7]
it's a sequence of odd numbers starting at 1
>>
Some answers, with the caveat that I don't know 7, 12, 14, 18

1) 2
2) 7
3) 17
4) 8
5) 7
6) 0
7)
8)171615 (sum of pairs of digits but this is dumb)
9) 55
10) 24 (multiply by 2, then 3, then 2, then 3)
11) 234 (digits go in sequence 12345 but split into 3 digit numbers)
12)
13) 916 (first digit is the sequence of odd number 1,3,5,7,9; second 'digit' is powers of 2)
14)
15) 15/16
16) 11/30 (sum the previous numerator and denominator to get new numerator; multiply them for the denominator)
17) 8 (new number is the product of previosu digits)
18)
19) 325 (write numbers as abc, then the three digits of the next number are b-a, c-b, c-a with negatives changed to positives)
20) 654 (sequence of digits that goes 1,2,3,4,5 ... but every second number is reversed i.e. the last number is 10,11,12 in reverse)

Some of this logic is flimsy, but those answers are correct.
>>
i think it would be fun to try to get a very low score on a professionally administered test and have the administrator not realize you blew it on purpose
>>
>>34386838
Some anon in >>34386715 answered question 18
>>
>>34386838
Oh, and I've realised that 14 is 55 because each number is the square of the next one but split into 2 digit numbers:

2 4 16 256 65536

which becomes 2,4,16,25,66,55,36
>>
>>34382573
This isn't an IQ test, it's an autism test
>>
>>34386838
7 is 10110 and 12 is 201010, be urself

shit test, have had a real IQ test and got 138 and only got 5/20 on this one
>>
why are most IQ tests only relevant on math and numbers rather than on anything else? I dont see it as being the only way to judge someones IQ based on how good they are on them
>>
>>34388609
because it's the easiest thing to measure
>>
yes, and everyone i know tells me how intelligent i am, but i would love to be dumb because i would be happier
>>
>>34388609

Because it's relatively easy to design tests with incrementally harder questions. Plus, it's understandable to anyone.
>>
>Dear Sir / Madam,

>your raw score on Numerus Basic IQ test is 20/20.

Answered first 5 questions, in laters put random numbers. Got IQ of 120 which is 1/11 rarity. LMAOING @ YOU ALL
