I've been on 4chan since 2004. I've been sad and miserable for as long as I can remember. I'm 28 now, and the fact that I got such a positive result means I'm finally doing something right. I don't talk the entire time, but I'm strangely at ease because I'm not telling myself that I'm embarrassing myself the entire time I'm in public. I've started to find more hope in my life. I'm reading more, a lot of Wayne Dyer and Robert Kiyosaki. One of the biggest things was teaching myself to let go of other peoples' opinions and actions (aka Internet bullshit). As retarded as it sounds, positive affirmations helped a lot. They showed me the shittiest thought loops in my head, which helped me change them. I didn't even know I COULD change anything, until - once again, retarded as it sounds - I told myself it was possible.
