The body can't tell the difference between a vitamin in a pill and in food. It's broken down and used the same way.

But anyways op I don't think there's such thing as a calorie pill so you're screwed there until the future but I guess you could just drink the meal drinks they sell that are just vitamins nutrients and some sugar.

Also you need protein but those meal drinks have that.

That's not true. Vitamins are absolutely absorbed differently depending on the form they are in. We absorb and utilize vitamins much easier when they are in the food we eat rather than when they are in pill form.
