Contrary to popular belief, a lot of ABDLs don't even enjoy shitting in the diapers themselves, it's a "minority" so to speak. Actually, it takes effort for me to piss myself. It's not like I'm an actual baby who can do it on the fly. Most ABDL porn videos also showcase how a person can take up to 4 minutes to piss themselves. The first time I tried to piss myself, I was sort of in the same situation as you.
