I just vaped for a couple of years. Eventually I kinda just got bored with it and stopped. No withdrawals or anything. I started at 24mg and gradually went down to 3mg and just stopped. I do vape sometimes out of habit sometimes, like if im drinking, but it's 0 nic shit.
