I did that for about 3 weeks too. Only thing that helped me get back to normal was having something to do at normal hours, as I could show up to work in the afternoon and my boss wouldn't care. I had a meeting on Thursday so I had to wake up for that. Do you have any particular reason to wake up at a normal time for

My gym is 24 hours during the weekdays so that really wasn't motivation for me, if anything it reinforced that sleep schedule because I'd go at 3 am when it was completely empty. There was a point where I hadn't seen the sun for about two weeks because it would set at around 4 30 pm here. I have classes starting tomorrow so I can't do that anymore, I may have to start waking up at 5 am to go before school. I hope we both pull it off
