Why are you even worried, OP? That isn't a crime that anyone (the judge included) will give a fuck about. You'll get 24 hours community service, a fine, and if you are unlucky, 6 months probation. The probation will suck since you won't be able to drink, do any drugs tho.

First of all, they put me into a thing called "teen court" (I was 18) and teenagers with similar misdemeanors formed the jury. They decided to give me 40 hours community service, it basically consisted of helping the communal landscaping guy. We would pick up garbage at parks and cruise around town. Nothing too crazy, just get it done.
