Alright, bots, I got a question. So there's this super cute girl that I've known for a few months and would like to possibly ask her out on a date. We worked on a play at Uni and have one class together but aside from that we aren't all that close, so I have a better chance than asking a friend. Only issue is that her best friend of 10 years is also one of my best girl friends, and if I asked her out and got rejected I may never hear the end of it. Should I still go for it? Or should I just ask her to hang out casually?

Talk to your mutual friend about her. If the girl you like likes you there is no doubt she has mentioned something to her best friend.
Forgot to say, but I have heard that she is into this one Chad asshole at her Church group that not even her friend likes.

But I kinda don't want her to know about it right now. She's super protective of her so I don't know how she'll react.

Except that she's not one of my closer friends, so a better chance at get a date or if not, avoiding her.
I know one really cute girl that I'd sorta like to ask out too. Problem is I have anxiety and I don't know her too well and I'm afraid she would think I'm a creep, and even if she won't date me I'd like to be friends. What do? Also OP I'd say go for it, life is short and any escape from robotdom is nothing to sneeze at.

Thanks. I think I may. As for you, ask her out. And if she rejects, then give her a little space before seeing if you can casually hang out together.
