Janna is only good if the enemy team is a bunch of aggressive champs with gap closers AND your team has someone tanky that can engage a fight. Janna is not so great when the enemy team is great at poking and your team is a bunch of squishies that rely on a tank to synergize well.

As a support main I agree. You're just sitting back and doing the easiest job of keeping everyone alive as they do all the hard stuff . Easy role, but also easiest to screw up since it requires perfection. Sometimes your team doesn't even need you since Top Laners and Junglers can also do your job, but also deal damage in the process.
