It's not that hard desu, just eat plenty of fiber/protein and you'll feel full longer. 4 slices of bacon and eggs are only like 300 something calories . oatmeal too.
Then I'll usually either make a fruit and kale smoothie for lunch, or make a tuna sandwich. By dinner I usually always have around 700-800 calories left by that point to work out.

I really only snack after dinner, since there's a huge gap in between when it's time to sleep. Just throwaway all your junk shit. I'll like greek yogurt, or multi grain bagels with cream cheese for snacks. shit like that.

I've gone from over a 2700 fat alcoholic diet to 1500-1800 the past two weeks. The key to feeling full is protien and water. Try your best to put as much protien on your plate as you can afford with as little carbs as you can manage. Carbs to me are basically empty calories in terms of dieting for us fat fucks. If you can afford the upfront cost of whey protien, I do two scoops with water for breakfast. Personally I enjoy the lean whey mint chocolate chip flavor.

Water is vital. After breakfast or lunch, and you still feel hungry before it's time for the next meal, instead of directly going to a healthy snack drink water. Water gives your stomach the idea of being full and really fucking helps your entire body out over all. Do your best to drink lots of water, what works for me is drinking two 32 ounce bottles of water, one before lunch, one before I sleep.

I've dieter a few times in my past but always succumbed to alcohol. Something snapped in me early this month and I've been (proudly) sober for over 2 weeks now and dropped about 8 pounds. Good luck
