I try to be honest when I can. The issue is that there doesn't seem to be much to life other than pain and distraction from pain. I am working on the growth thing but what's the point? It feels like everyone is going in circles.

Because growing hurts. Improving yourself hurts. Everything that I need to do will hurt me in some way.

I'm already hurting enough as it is, I don't want any more pain, so I shut myself off in a safe little room where I don't have to get hurt.

I'd rather deal with the mild pain of loneliness over the pain of actually having to try.

I accepted that I'm genetic trash and will never look good or be desired but that didn't make me want to improve myself

I'm not lonely .. I'm always around people I fucking. Hate.
