Yes, the most civilized I saw was Western Europe but even that felt sketchy, everything was kind of tiny and outdated, nobody was friendly at all.

What about Australia? I went to Cambodia and I agree with you, everything was weird, gross, and so fucked up. Burger here, honestly most of the cities are the worst part of Amurika unless you know where to go. Our cities are absolutely infested with nigs in many areas, and nigs are a peculiar creature who seem incapable of leaving dense urban areas. To have fun in an urban environment, you have to know the good areas, which are kept secret from the nigs. This isn't hard to do, since nigs are excessively stupid and rarely travel more than about 5 minutes away from their birthplace, but it also means if you don't have anybody to show you around you might accidentally stumble into Nigland.
