Because for some reason they want to see their offspring do what they did and have a family even though some people are just lost causes and they should just try again with another kid to see if it works.

Its not that hard to make friends if you learn and practice social skills. I literally read books about it and practiced smalltalk on people.

Now I have plenty of friends.

My parents are fucking stupid. I spent my entire childhood alone because they never let me date or have friends, they even forbidden it.

Now that I'm 25 and making good money, they want to try and get me married. Like I will somehow be able to tolerate living with another person after being alone for my entire life.
