I have to choose between being well-rested and healthy, and doing the things that I want to live for. I imagine for someone with vanilla or relatively harmless fetishes and no sleep disorders it could work out, but just keep in mind that it doesn't always work out.

How would lucid dreaming turn out for me if I'm emotionally unstable and riddled with fears? I know you can have bad experiences every once in a while, but is it worth trying?
