Does anyone else feel like they've "shifted" up

Shared feeling.

I've been eating healthier and exercising more since December. Began meditating early January, and now I'm getting ready to take the law school admissions text next month. Hard not to feel a sense of calm and increased optimism. Control.

I've been struggling with habits and my emotions for years it seems, but right around the start of January everything has started feeling almost effortless. I feel positive, optimistic and in control as well.

Maybe the reptilian/Illuminati control matrix has finally started to crumble.

Not this year, happened in July. Felt I got bumped up a whole rung for free

I also like getting high. Changes the way you perceive things and feel, gives you something to compare being sober to, in a way that doing hard drugs or even drinking can't because it doesn't dull you too much or change the way you think too much.

But its not really transcendent. Liberating from the stress of daily life a little, but you're just high man. Don't get stuck.

I don't know if I would say up but I am definitely shifting somewhere. I'm realizing I hate 90% of people but I used to be an optimist that genuinely believed everyone was good inside. I don't even know what happened to make me so cynical and I'm not even old yet.
