How does it work? Is it better than SSRI?
>>
>>34295295
SSRI is garbage. Omega 3 is the way.
Sardines are basically mother nature's antidepressants

Yes, eat the sardines, roach. Eat them.
They're good for you.
>>
>>34295504
you can always force yourself to like something. always.
just begin eating them now and again. eventually you'll get used to it, and after that it will start to taste good. it's like coffee and alcohol, at first it's bitter, but then it's good.
just keep it up. don't worry, it'll come

This.
Also if you cover it with enough accessories, you won't even notice the taste of fish.
I suggest pesto, bacon or cheese if you're eating cod, pollock or similar white fish.

Sardines are good and good for you, and they're cheap too. They're pretty much the only NEET superfood.
>>
>tfw I didnt eat any meat today and I am getting hungry just looking at OP s can of sardines.

I had crepes with some pretty good orange marmelade, though, so I am not complaining.

are deenz dangerous like tuna when eaten a lot?
>>
>>34295295
Yes, but not as good as MAOIs or sex
>>
omega 3 works wonders and sardines are a good source
>>
>>34296752
No, sardines aren't high on the food chain like tuna and salmon are. They feed on plankton.
>>
>>34297020

i heard from someone on here you can get gout if you eat more than 4 cans per week
>>
I've been doing something similar.
I call it pizza therapy.

I actually got a tin of sardines in hot sauce the other day, for a snack with some beers. It tasted pretty alright. The one thing that kind of grossed me out was the little spines. I know you can eat them but the texture put me off. Might try some again sometime, although it's not something I'd eat frequently.
>>
I fucking love sardines. It is only coincidental that they are so good for you. I get em boneless, skinless, because the spines freak me out. Herring is pretty great also.
>>
>>34294977
I had a dream one night after reading one of these threads. In the dream I tried eating sardines and threw up because they were gross. I am thankful I had this dream because I will never try sardines for real
>>
canned fish is great, sardines are sustainable harvests so they're here to stay for a while

sardines are actually pro-tier

Advice try a "Fishermans Breakfast"
1 can sardines
2 eggs
Peppers/onions
Turn oven on 450
Place sardines onions peppers in a very small oven dish
Cook till eggs start looking done
Pepper or tobasco to taste
Eat with toast
Tip spray the dish so nothing sticks

Its delish and cheap for robots, low fat good protien and oils I eat mine with a glass of irish breakfast tea
>>
>>34299506
I love them old fag here, I have around 300 tins in my pantry they also last 8 years or more after "best by date" most likely last 30 plus as long as tin is fine I ate a mustard sardines that was 10 years old and was fine I get them here for 55c a can
>>
>>34297219
maybe if you're an old fat man
>>
>>34299583
Damn robro thats high protein, I will actually try this I jever had fish and eggs together I'm guessing its like a sunnyside egg? Sounds good but weird.
>>
>>34297784
I love all canned sardines, smoked sardines are amazing senpai
>>
>>34298171
what the fuck, the spines are the best part about eating sardines straight from the can

I bet you also take out the pickles on burgers and frown upon substituting tomato sauce with ketchup on pizza
>>
>>34295153
Like most western cucks, you probably have omega 3 deficiency. So yes, eating sardines could actually help, you sorry shitstain.
>>
>>34297998
Have them with saltine crackers, also make great sandwiches if you toast the bread
>>
>>34299643
Serious its real good, I was not sure at first I mean fish and eggs is a strange combo but if you like both trust me they together good!
>>
>>34299583
How long does it take to cook? It sounds cheap to make and fairly healthy I think will make this tomorrow thanks senpai.
>>
>>34299620
They do have a good shelf life and all the healthy shit your body needs, even calcium, omegas and protein.
>>
>>34299742
If you preheat the dish or skillet you use 450 temp maybe 10 minutes, I dont so about 20 to 25 minutes also depends how runny you want the eggs
>>
>>34299583
You should upload a picture of this sometime
>>
my one fishermans eggs story

I preheated the oven with an oven-safe pyrex dish in it. you know what isn't oven safe? pyrex, the filthy liars

chop my peppers/onions/'dines and it smells like heaven, drop them into dish, it instantly shatters due to heat differential

now my oven is full of shattered pyrex glass and delicious partially cooked peppers and onions and dines

i'm crying as i'm shoveling delicious food into the garbage because shards of glass everywhere

never again pyrex i don't care how oven safe you claim to be never again
>>
I eat canned sardine 3-4 times a week. So delicious and good nutrition too. Besides high sodium, should I be worried about eating a lot of canned food?
>>
Memes aside what's the best way to eat sardines? Are they good with mustard and beer?
>>
>>34299920
bisphenol A or whatever it's called, the plastic can sealant.
>>
>>34299945
on a cracker like a triscuit with beer and a pickle or mustard is pretty good starter. flip the tin over on a plate or whatever. the bones are edible you won't notice them

there are a lot of sardine canning options. for the un-initiated 'dine sampler avoid anything canned with tomato unless you know what you're doing

dines in oil are super cheap. Boneless, skinless, in water are usually more expensive, but for somebody taking their first experimental can i'd start there

king oscar boneless, skinless in water is v. good
wild planet or w/e is great too
>>
>>34300109
We have a sardine connoisseur here. Thanks anon, I'll try some sometime.

>>34300846
They're headless, no organs either. The bones are a pain in the ass to remove so they're left in. They're soft and edible anyway.

It's basically just miniature fillets.
>>
do you eat sardines with cod liver oil?
>>
Sardines and other "fishy" fish are all just fine if you douse them in lemon or lime juice. I've argued with people over this, just try it before you sperg.
