How do I reattain the happiness that I once had as a child?

happiness is for children and you are no longer a child, as an adult the best you can hope for is an entertaining distraction

1. Make a journal of everything that annoys you/pisses you off, this gets your ideas down on paper and keeps your brain from going over them like a broken record.

2. Do more in-depth research on everything you're nostalgic for. For example, If you're nostalgic for SNES go through the Wikipedia page and make a list of all the games you think are worth playing.

3. Figure out a level of material comfort that will suffice for you, then write out a plan to attain it.
