Every 2-4 days, more often if I'm doing anything physical.

I only shower when I have to go outside. Which is maybe like 1-4 times a month.
But I wouldn't think too much of that shit about it being bad if done daily. Chad and Stacy do it everyday, for years and they don't have any problems with their hair and skin either, now do they?

It's bad if you use products that dry out your skin and hair (pretty much most soaps and shampoos barring the expensive specialty stuff).

Generally every 1-2 days. I do a lot of physical activity on weekdays, so I usually shower every day (I have gone for 2 on really hot and sunny days). But whenever the weekend rolls around, I'll usually go for 2 sometimes 3 if I think I can get away with it and don't plan on leaving my room.
