ive always had this smooth ball feeling thing in my nose that randomly clogs my nose and i just want to pull it out but i feel like it's something bad waiting to happen

Basically, you started picking your nose when you were younger to clear your nasal passages. The habit stuck. Your nose grew, and your problem got worse.

I'm gonna have a surgery for it soon. They just shave the interior of your nose, they don't change the look or anything weird. It apperently hurts like fuck,but a deviated septim will lead to cardiac issues due to lack of breathing when you are asleep. If you don't get the surgery, have fun dying at 50.
