I noticed when I stopped consuming products with high fructose syrup in them fruit and natrully sweet things tasted 100x better. Its like my tastebuds were originally overloaded with feels

1 can a day is reasonable if you're not fat and don't eat other food with sugar

I only drink soda when I need to get my blood sugar back up after a heavy night of drinking

I used to drink at least a litre of Cola a day. Quit cold turkey. You will lose the interest after like 3 weeks of no soda.
