I don't see the need to prove the obvious, regarding 1-3. Anyone with basic knowledge of biology can surmise as much. Regarding 4-5, the only 'proof' that there is no 'deeper meaning' is the same 'proof' that there is no God - Occam's Razor. It is the simplest explanation. Injecting something else into the world would just be superfluous.
