You've got very beautiful lips.
Don't know if you do, but stop picking the skin with your teeth, if you lick your lips a lot they will dry out so ChapStick will help you there. Just don't touch them negatively.

I had the same thing and what really helped me was chap my lips before I went to bed.
My lips cracked the most when I was sleeping

Just start from scratch. Make a lip exfoliating scrub with some brown sugar and olive oil. Then start using lip balm religiously afterwards.

Keep chapstick with you and use it often, look into getting a humidifier too.
