It'd do you some good to learn about fitness fatass
1g for every lb of lean muscle is optimal.
Less than 1g of protein is fine too though, rarely do you ever not have enough protein in your diet.

>eggs or oats in the morning plus a glass of whole milk
>chicken for lunch, one breast plus a side of rice and broccoli
>snack on some cheerios, granola, jerky, fruit, and other stuff that has nutrients
>one more meal of a chicken breast, rice, and broccoli
>beans and lentils make excellent small meals and snack throughout the day too
>drink another glass of milk or two
By premaking your meals, this is easy as pie. The suggestions above can have you eating a solid 200g of protein a day. Make enough meals in a night that will last you three days.

PS: You don't need to eat a gram for every pound of body weight. I am 220LBs and probably eat 120 grams a day. Repping 225LBs on bench and 315LBs on squat. Maxed out 265LB on bench recently. Honestly, it is all about good programming and not eating like total shit.

Part of why I can't be bothered to work out is because you have to structure your entire diet around it.
