See there lies more problems, when u watch porn you usually do it by yourself, in your room, in front of a screen. All of which your brain takes in and makes routine.

Ideally You have to retrain your brain to only associate arousal with real people and sex. But I mean even people before the internet still watched porn occasionally. Our problem is just how accessible and extreme it is.
